1stTearlaments Sulliek

Rating Score Card Name Card-Type
Attribute Level Type ATK DEF
Tearlaments Sulliek ▶︎ Deck 10 11 Tearlaments Sulliek Continuous Trap
If you control a "Tearlaments" monster or "Visas Starfrost": You can target 1 Effect Monster your opponent controls; negate its effects, then send 1 monster you control to the GY. If this card is sent to the GY by card effect: You can add 1 "Tearlaments" monster from your Deck to your hand. You can only use each effect of "Tearlaments Sulliek" once per turn.
Congratulations on first place.

Tearlaments Continuous Trap card with negate effect
It's a card like "True Draco Apocalypse" in Tearlaments, easy to search, cost is not cost, and even if you send it to GY, it has an ad and an exhaustive effect.
Tearlaments Kitkallos》and 《Tearlaments Scream》that can search for this card are power cards, so you can naturally add them to your hand during development.
Also, since he starts deploying his Tearlaments card to his GY trigger, even if he pays the cost, it will not be an ad loss, but rather it will be used as a means of actively increasing the number of cards.
When sent to GY, you can search for Tearlaments monsters, use Foolish Burial Goods as the initial move, and set up the initial move or hand-induced "Tearlaments Havnis" even if you fall with random GY manure.
Furthermore, the negate effect is permanent, so if you use it once, you can permanently disable the target monster even if it survives. Of course, it's a Continuous Trap, so if this card remains on the field, it can be activated every turn. It's a card that your opponent wants to remove as soon as possible, but once it's removed, you can activate its search effect.
Tearlaments has a ton of power cards within the theme, and while this card is rarely mentioned, it performs fairly well.

2ndNinjitsu Art of Dancing Leaves

Rating Score Card Name Card-Type
Attribute Level Type ATK DEF
Ninjitsu Art of Dancing Leaves ▶︎ Deck 10 3 Ninjitsu Art of Dancing Leaves Continuous Trap
Activate this card by targeting 1 "Ninja" monster or 1 face-down Defense Position monster on the field; Tribute it, and if you do, Special Summon 1 "Ninja" monster from your Deck. When this card leaves the field, send that monster to the GY. You can target 1 "Ninjitsu Art" Continuous Spell/Trap in your Spell & Trap Zone; return it to the hand. You can only use 1 "Ninjitsu Art of Dancing Leaves" effect per turn, and only once that turn.

The second place that narrowly missed first place was "Ninjitsu Art of Dancing Leaves"
* In the event of a tie, the one with the highest total number of evaluations will be ranked higher.

With the effect of (1), I think it's excellent that you can release "Ninja" monsters and backside Defense Position monsters and recruit your favorite "Ninja" monsters. Since you can release monsters with the same conditions as your opponent, equipping your opponent with "Ninjitsu Tetsudoryu" is also a good way to fulfill the conditions.
Thanks to the effect of (2), you can self-bounce your own "Ninjitsu" cards that are left behind due to reasons such as the removal of monsters.
⑴⑵I think that it is necessary to pay attention to the fact that only one of the two effects can be used in the same turn.

3rdShaddoll Schism

Rating Score Card Name Card-Type
Attribute Level Type ATK DEF
Shaddoll Schism ▶︎ Deck 9.8 26 Shaddoll Schism Continuous Trap
During the Main Phase, you can: Fusion Summon 1 "Shaddoll" Fusion Monster from your Extra Deck, by banishing Fusion Materials listed on it from your field or GY, but it cannot attack directly. Then, you can send to the GY 1 monster your opponent controls with the same Attribute as that Fusion Summoned monster. You can only use this effect of "Shaddoll Schism" once per turn.

His GY fusion, which can be used every turn, is powerful, but it also has a monster removal effect. Moreover, it comes with a bonus that can pass through strong resistance such as Chaos MAX, which is his GY feeding that does not target.
Apcalone and Hedgehog can be searched easily, and the Shaddoll monster doesn't have a job in his GY, so the loss of GY doesn't bother me too much. Ariel's reverse effect will bring you back.
Amalgamation comes with the disadvantage of not being able to attack directly, but it's annoying during the opponent's turn. He has a Special Summon meta. Not even.
It's a nice card to use as a Shaddoll, but I've been freaking out about whether Midrash would be regulated after going wild with Dogmatika and other sets.
