Once upon a time, there was a villainous pendulum monster called Majespecter Unicorn. In other words, you can bounce a Unicorn to your hand and summon it again the next turn to bounce it.
Desfenni is the GY version of her, if you will. Konami apparently likes card designs that allow for infinite evasion and obstruction, but Yu-Gi-Oh is a game where you can't draw many cards and resources run out easily, so this design is fundamentally difficult to handle.
I dare say the dragoon was broken but never escaped.

Q appears in the 007 series as a motif. Why isn't turn 1 included?
