Probably the best Libromancer Ritual Monster card.
Basically, it's your job to set 《Libromancer Intervention》of the all-purpose negate trap from the Deck. It's excellent not to be disturbed by 《Ash Blossom & Joyous Spring》.
It is also excellent that the effects of (1) and (3) can attack directly and bounce the opponent's monster's deck.
Since it's level 6, it also makes sense to use Cyber Angel Benten, which is also level 6, as the cost of the ritual summon.
If you use Benten's effect to search for 《Diviner of the Herald》or 《Vanity's Ruler》, the development will expand.

In order to fulfill the conditions for effect (1), I think it would be efficient to use 《Libromancer Agent》on the field for Release if it is a “Libromancer” Deck.
