It feels like a safe general-purpose and strong card, and he doesn't feel like he's that bad
When I ask about the actual operation, I hear things like "directly attack with Heartland Laco", but do you actually do that? ? "That's my honest impression."
"X Monsters have battled" means that you have to create a board that you can actually attack, and this card's reset effect also cleans your own board, so you have to lay down a hard board. use the reset effect on "The question arises."
"Evilswarm Exciton Knight" is a super easy reset effect that can be created by just lining up two level 4 bodies, so it's a guy who's been told, even though it's a reset that can be used during the opponent's turn, it's hard to make a rank 12 if it's normal. However, I feel that ``X Monsters have fought'' is a high hurdle, so it's not as broken as 《Red-Eyes Dark Dragoon》.
Well, if there's a scene where it can be safely used as a general-purpose card, I think it's a card that feels like it should be used.
If you're going to use it aggressively, I think it's better to use something like Rank-Up-Magic Soul Shave Force to reset it on your own turn and hit monsters all at once.

When an opponent's monster declares an attack: You can change the ATK of the opponent's monster to 0. You can only use each effect of "Number 99: Utopia Dragonar" once per turn.

The second place that narrowly missed first place was "Number 99: Utopia Dragonar"

The second No.99 that appeared newly.
The effect of 1 is a lump of possibility that No.1 to No.100 can be produced. You can only attack directly with this card on the turn you use it, but there shouldn't be any particular problems. We recommend No.38, which can be used without materials, No.92, which is strong but difficult to get out, and CNo.65, which can be used in a combo with Zexal Field.
The effect of 2 is invisible to the opponent, but I am very thankful for CNo.65 with low ATK.
This card is strong so far, but I think it's a wonderful card that has created the possibility of playing an active role for the number that was difficult to put out.

If Summoned this way, the following effect cannot be activated this turn. Once per turn: You can detach 2 Xyz Materials from this card; banish as many Special Summoned monsters your opponent controls as possible, then attach 1 of those banished monsters to this card as Xyz Material. If this face-up card on the field would be destroyed by battle or card effect, you can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card instead.
