Although it has ATK 0, I think it's strength is that it is difficult to destroy in battle due to the effect of (1) if it is a "VS" Deck.
The effect of (2) can be selected from two: Special Summon from the hand of the "VS" monster and salvage of the "VS" monster.
With the "VS" Deck, I think it's attractive that Link 1 is very easy to put out.

You're too strong! It's a lie that this is normal! In addition to being able to ritual summon from the Deck, Friche. Originally, he was supposed to be subtle, but he is a revolutionary who has gained Megalith's overwhelming deployment power and sense of stability. Sheet.

Lord of the Heavenly Prison ▶︎ Deck 9.9 20 Lord of the Heavenly Prison Effect Monster

During your Main Phase: You can activate this effect; this card in your hand becomes revealed until the end of your opponent's turn. While this card is revealed by this effect, Set cards on the field cannot be destroyed by card effects. If a Set Spell/Trap Card is activated (except during the Damage Step): You can Special Summon this card from your hand, then, if you activated this effect while this card was revealed, you can reveal and Set 1 Spell/Trap directly from your Deck, but banish it during the End Phase of the next turn. You can only use 1 "Lord of the Heavenly Prison" effect per turn, and only once that turn.

A general-purpose, high-level, high-status monster that is dangerous no matter how you look at it.
① is an effect that protects set cards until the next turn just by showing them, protecting set monsters, but also protecting your opponent's cards.
② is the effect of special summoning yourself under extremely warm conditions. As expected, 1 and 2 cannot be used in the same turn, so in order to aim for the additional effect, it is necessary to activate the set card during the opponent's turn, but it is dangerous to be able to create a wall of 3000 under such conditions.
After activating 1, if you set XX Force or Torrent Funeral to protect and activate it in line with attacks and developments during the opponent's turn, you can use 2 after hindrance and further increase his Spell. It's too dangerous to set a trap, isn't it?
Due to the nature of the effect, it would work well with his Deck, which has a lot of permissions and his Spell Trap like his Traptrix, but given the easy level 10, he's particularly good against Eldlich, Train, the Timelord, and more. looks like a good match. If you dare not use ① and set the spell and use it immediately, it will come out easily and you can aim for rank 10.
It goes without saying that it is compatible with Eldlich.
Trains are excluded, but you can set 《Revolving Switchyard》, which is difficult to search, and you can also set 《Limiter Removal》to aim for a one-kill.
The Timelord is great because you can set Light Godize and Brittleblade.
As for the additional effect of ②, 《Concentrating Current》, which takes advantage of its high defensive power, would be good, but the most interesting one would be Metal Reflect Slime, or change to God Slime and attack with two 3000 units, finishing off with Gustav. Because you can also aim.
Since it's a rock, it can be searched with 《Gallant Granite》, but unlike Nibiru, it has the same offense and defense, so it's convenient to be able to search with Mikami Sonshinjin.
Both effects activate, so I'm not good at cards that interfere anywhere, but ① is in my hand, so it can't be stopped by Phantom or Veiler, and it's also strong that Urara can't shoot against the second set.
