Most Gogogo's ATK is over 1500, so you can get his ATK over Blue-Eyed. Although the damage dealt to the opponent is reduced, it is powerful to get his high ATK.
The effect that negates monster effects in the latter half can be used in the current environment, but if you use it once, depending on the situation, he will become inferior to Monarch's ATK, so it's safer to think about it once and for all. Also, since it is a forced effect, Effect Monsters that activate multiple times are natural enemies.
