This card seems to have the worst performance among all the high-performance Tearlaments Trap.
Both ① and ② effects are powerful, and since it is a Tearlaments card that plays a central role in development and interference, it is often used in multiple copies.
With the effect of ①, shoot a permanent negate and send Tearlaments to his GY. Once hit by this, the effect of negate is not enough, and by fusion by sending Tearlaments to his GY with the effect, additional interfering Fusion Monsters such as Midrash and Stapelia will fly. Furthermore, if there is 《Primeval Planet Perlereino》on the field, anything will be destroyed, and if there is 《Tearlaments Kaleido-Heart》, anything will bounce and chain further attacks. For that reason, if you get hit with this when the board is ready, it's a nightmare performance that demonstrates the brutality of a demonic fusion of 《Shaddoll Schism》and 《Time Pendulumgraph》.
Moreover, since this card is a Continuous Trap that cannot be used up, it repeats this movement every turn when it is in play. If you eat this many times, you really have no chance of winning.
For that reason, if we don't quickly crush this with 《Cosmic Cyclone》, it will be out of the question. If you can't make the target his negate, he won't be able to fuse from the GY send, so running away with Enemy Controller and stealing the opponent's Lulukaros or Kaleid Heart is also a countermeasure.
However, even if this card is dealt with, the interfering monsters on the field, Haufnis, Tiaksha, and GY's Ishizu remain, so it's not enough to just stop them.
The effect of ② is search when he falls to GY. Compared to other Tearlaments Trap, this is by far the easiest to use and has a strong effect.
Because of this, 《Foolish Burial Goods》is effectively a Tearlaments search. Of course, you can use the Tearlaments gacha to drop him from the deck, or you can send him to GY with or to bring in a follower such as Haufnis.
Or rather, if you destroy it normally to stop the heinous 1st effect, it's too cheating to add Haufnis to your hand with this 2nd effect.
Even though it's such a strong card, it's easy to search with 《Tearlaments Kitkallos》or 《Tearlaments Scream》, and it's a privilege of a strong theme to be able to operate stably every time.
The illustration is a heartbreaking scene where the members of his Tearlaments are oppressed by the tyrant Kaleid Heart, but in the actual duel scene, the coordinated attacks of Kaleid Heart and his Tearlaments follow the flow described above and knock them out. Are we all really good friends?

With the effect of (1), I think it's excellent that you can release "Ninja" monsters and backside Defense Position monsters and recruit your favorite "Ninja" monsters. Since you can release monsters with the same conditions as your opponent, equipping your opponent with "Ninjitsu Tetsudoryu" is also a good way to fulfill the conditions.
Thanks to the effect of (2), you can self-bounce your own "Ninjitsu" cards that are left behind due to reasons such as the removal of monsters.
⑴⑵I think that it is necessary to pay attention to the fact that only one of the two effects can be used in the same turn.
