The effect of (1) gives Scareclaw other than Link the effect of being able to hit while defending like a Superheavy Samurai, but it is a Trap card that you have to wait one turn face down, and the effect of (2) sends it to haste GY, It's almost impossible to use this effect, so forget about it.
