No, I can't help but say that this card is really different from 《Effect Veiler》. It sounds good to hear that it is a hand trigger that can reflect damage, but the activation timing is not ``when an effect that damages the opponent is activated'' but ``when the opponent succeeds in Special Summon'', so it is mainly effect damage like Trickstar. It can only be used for monsters with effects that deal damage during Special Summon, such as Decks and Vulcannons that fight with.
It's useless against Decks that deal damage with Spells and Traps like Chain Burn, and I think it's strong because it has a surprise attack in the first place. No one uses a card effect that deals damage knowing it will be reflected.
It will be Special Summoned once in the field, but due to the specifications of the effect, it will be used during the opponent's turn, and it will be defeated immediately because of its low status. If a monster with a piercing effect is put out and hit, you can't even look at it.
