In addition to the opponent's turn link, it also provides destruction resistance, so it protects against sweeping removals such as thunderbolts and black holes.
The monsters you want to Link Summon during your opponent's turn with this card are Troymare Unicorn, which can be removed, and Astram, which can give strong resistance. I'm looking forward to seeing how they play an active role in the future due to their compatibility with these cards.
