WATER: An excellent link 2 that has a revival effect even though it is tied up, and can connect subsequent link developments.
But perhaps because of that, the number of WATER Link 3 is blatantly narrowed down, and the only real candidate is 《Marincess Marbled Rock》, which has no versatility.
If you revive Splash Mage with this card, you can super-expand it, but it's a card design that really benefits only the Cyberse Deck.
As long as this card is excellent, it's sad that it's dragging down his WATER Link 3.
I would like him to increase the number of WATER's Link 3 because it's okay to put material restrictions on him.

Link 2 that can be used as a general-purpose WATER for both effects and summoning conditions.
The resurrection effect is limited to his WATER with ATK 1500 or less, but it is very useful because there is no disadvantage such as negate effect regardless of battle position.
Also, by adopting 《Icejade Tinola》, which works well with this card, and putting Tinora in between, you can access all of his WATER monsters in GY, even though the hand cost is required, and free up the link destination of Coral Anemone. It also makes it easier to reuse the effect on the next turn.

A 20 RBI super-powerful Link-2 monster brought to his WATER from Marincess.
If he uses a monster with ATK 1500 or less for his WATER monster as a material, that monster can be revived as it is.
It's a no-cost activating effect, not a link summoning trigger that tends to be found in effects like this, so you can use the effect every turn as long as you have a free link destination.
It's a pity that you can't connect to the existing general-purpose links 3 and 4 because you can't put out anything other than WATER that turn when you use the effect, but there is no disadvantage such as negate the effect of the monster you put out, so you can use Barrier Statue of the Torrent etc. You can also apply pressure.
It's a card that you should always keep in mind when building a WATER Deck, but the effect when it's sent to GY is pretty strong, so it's a waste to throw it away completely, so if possible, I'd like to include some kind of Marincess that can be salvaged. I have a feeling.

"Marincess" is a Link 2 monster... but since the link material is tied to his 2 WATER bodies, it can actually be treated as a general-purpose WATER Link Monster, including the effect of ①.
The effect of ① is the effect of reviving his WATER monster with ATK 1500 or less from GY to the link destination of this card. With this, you can connect this card and the revived monster to a Link-3 monster. However, if you use this effect, he will be restricted by WATER, so it is recommended to use it in his Deck, which is centered on WATER.

I think it's a strong point that from one 《Marincess Sea Horse》, you can connect to 《Marincess Marbled Rock》by combining 《Marincess Blue Slug》and the effect of (1).
With the effect of (2), if you use it as a link material for Marincess Marbled Rock, you can salvage "Marincess" cards other than those with the same name, which I think is excellent.
