You can't use Link Monster as a material, but otherwise you can use tokens, so it's very loose.
The marker is also diagonally downward and easy to use.
Furthermore, it has a Formulon-like effect that allows Link Summoning during the opponent's turn, and it can perform tricky moves such as avoiding removal and using effects that are activated when Link Summoning during the opponent's turn.
As a last resort, Links that use this card as a material will have destruction resistance attached. It's a very nice effect to have as a bonus, and you can expect even more control if you attach it to things that are already in good condition, such as Borrel and Astram.
It is also an advantage that it can be used normally even if it is revived, and the significance of reviving it is high even though it is a diagonally downward marker.
It can perform tricky moves, is excellent as a marker extension agent and relay agent, and can be said to be a highly versatile CHIM feature card.

Regarding the conditions for Special Summons, my impression is that Link Monsters that require level-related monsters were unlikely.
