In fact, it is heavy that he only specifies Rokket as a material.
It's easy for him to lose Rokket as a bullet, and not all Rokket-related cards, such as Absoluter, bear his Rokket name.

I think that the effect of (1) is excellent because it can activate the effect of "Rokket" monsters without being chained and permanently strengthen the monster's status.
I also appreciate the resurrection effect when (2) is destroyed.
There are restrictions on link materials, but with the "Rokket" Deck, you can secure the link materials and target monsters for the effect of (1) with 《Boot Sector Launch》and 《Quick Launch》, so I don't think there will be a problem.
