It's the first low-class monster in a long time since GX's "Thunder King Rai-Oh" as an accessory card for the Yu-Gi-Oh manga serialized in VJ.
Its performance is super performance of 3 stacking level if it is his deck to use, and thanks to that, it seems that the book is selling like never before.

I think that it is excellent that it is easy to procure synchro materials such as 《Accel Synchro Stardust Dragon》due to the effect of (1).
