I think it's excellent that you can search for your favorite "Libromancer" Spell with the effect of (2) by doing a Special Summon with the effect of (1). In particular, 《Libromancer First Appearance》has the search effect and ritual summon effect of the “Libromancer” monster effect, so I think it will be the first candidate to search for.
Since the effect of (1) has a condition to reveal the "Ritual Monster", I think it would be good to invest 《Preparation of Rites》to secure the "Ritual Monster".
Special Summon with 《Emergency Teleport》will lead to the effect of (2), so I think it would be good to put that in as well.

The driving force behind the stability of the Buster Deck.
The first effect is a search for cards related to Buster Mode. Most of the important parts of the Buster Deck are marked with the name of the Buster Mode, so I don't think you'll have any trouble finding them.
The second effect is to reveal the buster mode in your hand and revive GY's buster mode-related monsters and change their level. The activation conditions are very loose, and it is a very powerful effect that completely revives and even changes the level. It works well with the first effect, and by searching for Buster Beasts, it is possible to perform level 6 to level 9 Synchronization with this single card, and it also has a Buster Mode, so other than some Busters, it is possible to do this. You can put it on the field with one card.
The effect itself is powerful, but it is also blessed with low RBI level 1 DARK Psychic and status, and there are plenty of search and recruit methods. It is a card that can be called a hero, transforming the Buster Deck, which had a high accident rate, into a Deck with "less accidents".

Although he has the name Metalfoes, he is a Link Monster with outstanding versatility that brings advantages to his entire Deck, which uses Pendulum in both summoning conditions and effects.
