It's an effect that simply increases the number of monsters on the field, so it's very powerful as a deployment factor. Since this card is also Level 6, it should be easy to connect to Rank 6 or 9 Synchro.
However, he cannot revive the monsters sent to GY by the common effect, so if GY does not have "Virtual World", the unique effect cannot be used.
Therefore, if you only consider the opening two cards, it will be the most difficult card to use among the four types of "Virtual World with common effects".
That said, it's a very useful card in a starting hand with 3 or more cards and in the middle game and beyond.

It's really tough to deal with this card when you counterattack the second attack, because with this single card you have a must counter such as Beyond the Hope (→ Gaia Dragoon → Azeus), Constellar/Tremis M7, Fan Fan, and Drag-on Vermillion.
Also, if there are level 9 monsters and level 3 non-tuner cyber monsters in GY, you can set up a VFD by going through Uki Nue Castle.
It is also very strong that the common features of cyber monsters, 《Infinite Impermanence》and 《Effect Veiler》, do not work.
All in all, he's a very powerful grandpa who forms the core of deployment in Virtual World.
In Virtual World, triggers that should be highly versatile such as Veiler and Awakage do not work, and there are so many cards that I want to cast Urara such as Zuisui, Kowloon, Seiryu, and Rouyou, so I really can't stop developing. In the end, even if Nibiru is thrown, I can stand V.F.D.

If a "Virtual World" card exists, you can send a "Virtual World" card of a different type to GY while doing a Special Summon. I think it's great that you can do it.
Since revived monsters will be Defense Position and effect negate, I think that it is good to use X material / S material.
