You can also deal with permanent type suppression monsters such as "Vanity's Fiend" and "Thunder King Rai-Oh" while flipping them over. Performance is higher than it looks.

RBI is also reasonable for a lower grade, and it can break through troublesome permanent effects such as Pakike and Thunder King Rai-Oh . There is also a hand expansion effect, so the breakthrough power will be high.
However, I can't deny that it feels normal to write the moon of the activation effect in this day and age. Because of the link, the value has dropped and it can not be used to interfere with deployment.
The card deployment is limited to advanced and above, and it doesn't support tense tele, so you can feel the narrowness of the key points.
I don't think the performance by itself is bad, but I feel that it's not as good as it should be.

Flip the opponent's monster face down with a shared effect and a cheap cost of 500 LP.
It stops system monsters from functioning and has a reasonable ATK, so if the opponent's defense is low, you can beat it as it is.
Is it a pity that it does not support 《Emergency Teleport》?
It can be used as an attacker for business trips as an attacker with versatile effects, but the level and attributes are overlapped and the effects are similar. If you don't consider the face, it seems that there is no turn.

If you look closely, it's Kozmo's attacker who writes nasty things by itself.
If you prepare a high-level Kozmo in your hand, attacking and then boarding will allow you to attack in rapid succession. Isn't it a card that can be used?
