If 《PSY-Frame Circuit》is attached, it is strong. In most cases, it is weak because it is not swollen.
If the field is filled when you bring the subsequent gear with this card, you can't use it anyway. Even if you search for 《PSY-Frame Circuit》, it's too late and it's exposed, so it's weak. If you want to use it on the second turn 0, other gear is good.
It's an upswing card disguised as a searcher. If your hand is really good, why not search for 《PSY-Frame Overload》.

Among the PSY-Frame Gears, it is the only one that does not have a disturbing effect, but in exchange it can search anything, so it is quite an important monster in the PSY-Frame Deck.
When your opponent summons a monster under the circuit, you want to immediately put it out and connect it to Synchro & Search. Waiting for a Special Summon before putting this out will immediately lead to further disruption. Just search for Gamma or Delta and shut out your opponent.

Since it reacts to monster summons, it is easy to pick out among the PSY frames. Since it's level is 1, it can only be summoned as Z, which excludes monsters, and can restrain the opponent's summoning.

As it is, precious 《PSY-Frame Driver》will be removed, so sync with 《Urgent Tuning》or Field Spell, or release with 《Escalation of the Monarchs》.

It's a Special Summon, where the conditions for putting it into play are often used to summon the opponent's monsters, so I think there are many opportunities for it to come into play.
I think it's great that you can search for any "PSY Frame" card other than "PSY Frame Gear α" after it's put into play.
After it's on the field, I'd like to connect it to a Synchro Summon with "PSY Frame Circuit".
I think it's also good that you can aim to banish your opponent's cards with the cost of "PSY Frame Overload".
