Until a while ago, it wasn't a card that could instantly make a rank 4, so it wasn't a card that would stack 3. However, thanks to Kashtira, we were able to put the Xyz materials into play first, which greatly improved usability.
In the search destination, you can conditionally select Special Summon or his GY send, so you can move flexibly while checking whether you have the right to summon or not. Bringing 《Time Thief Retrograde》is also very strong.
Using Time Thief Temporwhal every turn is also interesting. You can use Special Summon every turn and prepare a trap, so you can use it like 《Salamangreat Gazelle》.

As for the cost of Special Summon in (1), if it's a "Time Thief" Deck, I think it's a good match because it's easy to procure the X material that costs it with the effect of "Time Thief Redoer".
Also, since 《Time Thief Redoer》can easily be moved to the main monster zone, I don't think it's difficult to line up multiple "Time Thief" Xs with the effect of (1).
I think the search effect of (2) is really excellent.

Time Thief is generally loosely tied to Xyz, and some general-purpose Xyz are single-use, disposable types, so the deployment effect isn't that severe.

Time thieves who class changed from time thieves to space-time drifters.
It has the effect of being able to Special Summon by removing one of your X materials, and the effect of searching for one of his Time Thief cards when summoning/Special Summoning is successful.
As long as he deploys an X monster, he has an effect that allows him to Special Summon, and it works well with Time Thief X monsters that can replenish X materials with their own effects. The search effect is not limited to its own effect, but it corresponds to all summons and special summons, so it has high compatibility with regulators and perpetuals.
I don't care about monsters that consume X materials. He's also broad-minded enough to accept other monsters as his Time Thief. A pretty good card for a low X theme.

It can be deployed by removing the X material, and the target is not specified, so I think it's an easy condition. Just choose something that is more or less compatible. A type that is easy to consume at once like castel is not suitable.
It also has a Time Thief all-purpose search and responds to both summons and Special Summons, so this is also easy to use.
As for the status, it is a passing point as a lower class.
