This is the phantom Time Thief I've been using lately.
Basically, assuming that you will start with 1 Regulator, prepare the final stage, Rusty + Perpetual + Launch, and create Azatoth from GY's Redundan Revival on the opponent's turn. The development I introduced before had a sideline infinity, but he felt that the number of cards that should not be drawn in the deck was too much and the board was a bit overkill, so I simplified it and adopted a card that can be used as an initial move in the empty frame. increased stability.
Urara is fine for the 2 hand triggers, but Urara is the one I want to stop most in the grave, so I put in 2 different triggers so that it doesn't affect me on the next turn.
