It's strong, but it's a card that's difficult to use because it's too subtle when you draw it. I don't want to pull out the "Time Thief Bezel Ship" in the theme, so I can't put it in if stability is important.
It works very well with 《Time Thief Redoer》, and can suppress attacks after leaving the field. With Redundan's effect, even if it's used as a material, you can instantly Special Summon it, so you can use the effect of 《Time Thief Perpetua》to add it to the material and lead to further developments.
However, the current Time Thief has enough development power, so I don't think it's necessary to lower the sense of stability. I'm strong.

Like Machine Time Thief, it has the effect of releasing itself and reviving itself, but in the first half it can only be activated during the opponent's battle phase, and it is a condition that the opponent exists on the field only once, so it can be used by the opponent. It's easy to deal with, so I'd like to think of it as a bonus.
The conditions for activating the resurrection effect, which is the favorite, are loose, such as when the X monster leaves the field due to its effect, and as already said, the move of cutting it as a material for Redan and immediately reviving it is less wasteful than Bezelship.

The main is the effect of ②. Since Xyz Monster can self-regenerate if it leaves the field due to its effect, the ideal thing is to Special Summon this card and crown from the regulator. Search for 《Time Thief Startup》with the crown effect. After Xyz Summoning Redan, use the Time Thief Startup effect to Special Summon a "Time Thief" monster from your hand. By removing Redundan from the field with its effect, you can bring Time Thief Perpetua into the flow of Special Summon with this self-regenerated monster and its monsters.
