It has the name Time Thief, but most of its effects are generic.
Special Summoned X monsters can gain resistance to target and effect destruction for that turn, and if the Time Thief Deck is a rank 4 Deck, for example, hope will be connected to prevent it from being removed before battle.
The other is a small amount of RBI increase of 300 times the number of X materials for only one body.
Since the essential redundancies are based on evasion, it's only a hot stone, and the direct effect, which is a special additional effect, is 2700 RBIs, which is a slight loss.
Although there is no particular problem with Time Thief, it may be a little tough for other Xs to survive the opponent's turn with no combat resistance as a raw RBI.
Other than Time Thief, if you're aiming for direct, it would be difficult for Arknight, who is also Rank 4 and has removal, but I think you can consider using it as an accent for his Generaider, who has Ormgand.
