The fact that you can Special Summon Ninja from the Deck regardless of level is very good, and it is especially powerful to recruit Jioh the Gravity Ninja, which can turn up to two monsters into face-down defense during Special Summon, hindering the opponent's deployment. Since you can release monsters with the same conditions as your opponent, equipping your opponent with "Ninjitsu Tetsudoryu" is also a good way to fulfill the conditions.
Thanks to the effect of (2), you can self-bounce your own "Ninjitsu" cards that are left behind due to reasons such as the removal of monsters.
