As for the effect of (1), if you can recruit a level 2 "Adamancipator" tuner, I think that it will lead to a level 8 "Adamancipator" S and "Crystal Wing Synchro Dragon".
In order to satisfy the condition of the effect of (2), I think it would be good to send "Masatsu no Kiseki - Raptite" with various materials to his GY.

There is no material specification, but Adamancipator S's common characteristics require specific races and attributes for each effect. Mainly he will use Adamancipator or rocks.
Uncertainty is strong as it is, but it is powerful to be able to effectively recruit rocks without level restrictions. With Adamancipator, he has a lot of cards that can control the top of the deck, so it's rare that he can't get anything out of it.
As for the effect of 2, he is a GY meta, but he needs wind, and it's unclear if he wants to do a GY meta even if he does an S summon, so there's little need to aim for it.
It's great if you can use it.
I think Adamancipator is a key card for further development for Iwaseki.
