Flip Summon can bounce all monsters and the removal power is very high. Something like 1700 direct attacks while removing every turn. Since it can be used as a back defense, it can be used for incomplete resurrection as well as complete resurrection.
However, recently there have been an increase in cards that are easy to deploy, and the degree of effectiveness tends to depend on the opponent. The number of removals has also increased, and 2400 defense is not a number that can be reassuring now.
Unlike in the past, it is difficult to play an active role on its own, so I would like to cover it with other cards to fill the void.

Thanks to the effects in the first half, I think it's a pretty powerful card that can cover low ATK and prepare to activate the effect at the same time as an advanced level, and can bounce all the opponent's monsters without any particular disadvantages. It's not effective, so it's also big that there aren't many ways to deal with it.
