Conversely, if you have a race other than Rock, you can't Special Summon, so unless you solidify your Deck with Rock, it seems difficult to use the Special Summon effect every turn...

Level 4 tends to get a lot of attention, but this card is the top candidate for the level 3 group along with Mole and Blogo.
There's no reason why this card shouldn't be called in if you're going to do Rock on a level 3 axis.
There are no restrictions on its own effect other than the name Turn 1, and I want to use it every turn as a link material that does not decrease.
