The first card that appears when you press the search button on this site without entering any characters.
For some reason all the effects don't have a turn 1 of the same name. You can revive and use the effect multiple times, or move away with the search effect and use the subsequent shrine maiden to SS again and search... such tricks are possible. As expected, Deck Recruit is a constraint close to Turn 1.
If you use Recruit, you won't be able to get Gustav out, you won't be able to kill one, and it's not compatible with Sundaion, but it's very strong. The one who pushed the Timelord into the Mine Deck.

"A card that boosts the category to the environment with one card" that is occasionally found in the Yu-Gi-Oh category
In the anime, it was a release agent to summon the Timelord, but in TF it was changed to a special search effect and effectively enhanced.
At the time of OCG conversion, the Timelord itself was originally a category that was excellently adjusted in terms of performance and reproduction of the original, and the Timelord is often a heavy control deck or a one-kill mine deck, so both emphasize beatdown. The voices of the duelists were calm, thinking that the support would be a disappointing performance because it goes against the Yu-Gi-Oh environment.
However, the content is a performance diagonally above the imagination that in addition to the good points of anime + TF, a special support effect is added. The scope of the double cost effect has narrowed, but I don't think any duelist would call it a weakening.
The three elements of anime effect + TF effect + OCG additional effect became a bond that entwine 10 gods like nothingness, infinity and infinite light, and the Timelord has leveled up from a fan deck to a real battle level deck.
Fortunately, this happened in the midst of the turmoil of the new Master Rules, so it was convenient for the Timelord, who doesn't rely on EX Decks.
It's not so much that it's subject to regulation, but it's a piece that's like a model for low-level support that raises the category to the level of performance that can fight in the environment.

Overall evaluation: You can search without hindering the development of the Timelord, and you can also aim to complete the attack by recruiting with the GY effect.
If you release a Special Summon from your hand, you can search for the Timelord while still retaining the right to summon.
You can simply use it as a monster that can be Special Summoned from your hand with easy conditions, and because it is a Fairy, it also satisfies the condition of 《Court of Justice》.
In addition to being able to search from 《Eva》, it is also possible to revive with 《Kinka-byo》and reuse it.
The GY effect can also summon the Timelord that matches the situation, so it helps break through the board.
There is a possibility that 《Called by the Grave》interferes with it, but since it doesn't use summoning rights, you might be able to use this card as a decoy to pass other Fairy's effects.

Since TF, it was already a 3-stack engine, but it became the lubricant and engine of the Timelord, which was super-strengthened by OCG. This is the only bad card that can be said to be absolutely 3 stacked. Special Summon effect + double cost + search + deep recruitment effect and too many things. The only weak point is that I can't search for Sephiron and Sandaion... it's too trivial.

It's a very good card to lubricate the Timelord Deck, and since it doesn't have a limit of 1 turn per turn, if you get multiple copies of this card in your opening hand, it will search for up to 3 Timelords. be able to. Furthermore, if the Timelord is Normal Summoned and his 4 effect allows him to get another Timelord out of the deck, one kill is not a dream.

All-around support for the Timelord, maybe rampant.
After Michion appears, I think it makes sense to have two Timelords side by side, so this card will be important to support that.

Various enhancements have been made since TF, and now Normal Summon is possible, and even if you drop it directly into GY, you can revive it. In addition, if you use the same SS method as Photosla, and use the search effect from here, you can immediately connect to the Timelord and easily use it as a rank 1 or link material. The release reduction effect was not very meaningful at first, but it became meaningful because the summoning condition of Sandion became dependent on the opponent's position.
And by excluding him from GY, he can recruit the Timelord, which is very useful for the Timelord, whose effect is strong but has low deployment power. Another advantage is that there is no restriction that he cannot be activated the turn he goes to GY, which is common in this kind of effect.
However, it's a pity that you can't search and recruit Sundaion and Sephiron compared to TF, but it might add more stability to their strength, so this is also a reasonable adjustment. Because of that adjustment, I think that Sundaion was able to convert to OCG with the effect of the TF version.
Low level, low stats, and blessed racial attributes make it easy to search and revive, and is an indispensable presence that strongly supports the Timelord.

A card that is useful as a time-prediction god search in TF has been further strengthened by OCG conversion.
None of the effects have a turn 1, and basically I think the main thing is to overuse this card. The fact that you can easily revive at the Church of Blessing is also at a level that makes you feel uneasy because it is too convenient.
This is a personal story, but even though it means that Sundaion is relatively weakened, even if it can't be searched, will it be possible to convert it into OCG as it is? No, I want you to stop.
Even Gustav Max needs two materials.

At level 1 that can be put out under loose conditions, it has a built-in recruit effect that releases two Timelords, releases itself and searches, excludes itself from GY and ignores conditions.
A must-have monster for the Timelord.

By combining the effects of (1) and (3), I am grateful for the ability to search for his favorite ATK 0 "the Timelord" monster and put it into play immediately.
I think 《Ritual Sanctuary》works well as a way to revive this card that can be searched with 《Terraforming》.

I've packed it as much as I can, but it may have been necessary to put together the disparate effects of the Timelord. The blatant rarity is annoying!
I use LL with Metaion on a business trip, and I feel that the removal power has increased.
This is unrelated, but am I the only one with a strange number of evaluation posts?
I posted 40, but there were only 27, so I logged in and out many times, updated all past posts, and tried various things to fix it, but I still don't know the cause.

An important monster to operate the Timelord as a category and this top rare.
In the anime, it was a double-cost monster, but in TF, the Timelord became a compromise summon, so it became a completely different search effect.
At the time of TF, his search effect after special summoning was strong enough, but he can be normal summoned, can be used as a double cost monster, and can be used even when there is already a monster.
With the GY effect, he can draw out the Timelord from the deck depending on the situation, so he can Special Summon from his hand, then search, compromise summon what he searched for, and then use the GY effect to line up two Timelords.
However, since Special Summon cannot be performed after that, operation such as connecting to Xyz is not possible.
However, not only has he been strengthened, but there is a price to pay for it, and both search and recruit are limited to ATK 0, and he has not touched Sandaion and Sephiron at all.

The card that was already strong is back with even more terrifying magic remodeling.
In the Photoslave case he Special Summons and releases a sort of his spell-like card that searches for the Timelord without using summons.
The Timelord by its very nature has distinct strengths and weaknesses, so there's no reason why a card that allows you to use it according to your needs can't be weak. It's a guiding line that binds together the Timelord's army of unique characters, and the Timelord Deck wouldn't be complete without this card.
And with the last effect he got after being remodeled, he was able to go to GY and still be able to Special Summon the Timelord, which greatly strengthened him. Considering using the Timelord immediately,
It is a deployment power that can be said to be equivalent to two searches.
Since it's limited to ATK 0, even if it's OCGed, Sundaion can't be searched, but it's too strong to be able to search for ATK 4000, and can he be OCGed in the first place?

Since it's level 1, you can use the effect every time with the familiar level 1 savior "Kinka Neko" Senpai (fixed period).Since the race is also "Angel/Light", you can SS for Ritual Sanctuary (fixed period).
To be frank, it is a card that can be used normally even without the "Time Precept" effect.

Special Summon under Photo Slash conditions, double cost monsters limited to "the Timelord" monsters, release and search for "the Timelord" monsters with ATK 0, remove 1 "the Timelord" monster with ATK 0 from the Deck for Special Summon And a card that contributes to strengthening the Timelord by stuffing it with powerful effects. The Timelord will return to his deck during his Standby Phase, so the Special Summon condition is almost always met. Since it's level 1, it's compatible with 《One for One》, and since it doesn't have a turn limit, it's a very powerful card, with special summons and repeated releases.
