Not only from the Deck, but also from the EX Deck, he can send GY. Even if it's a Fairy monster, there's no reason why Fairy-exclusive 《Foolish Burial》+α is weak. Since it is a tuner and its level fluctuates, it can also be used as a material for Ultimaya Tzolkin, which is guaranteed to be a rampage due to rule changes. If you drop 《Elder Entity N'tss》, it will be a single removal, and if you drop 《Herald of the Arc Light》, it will turn into a Ritual Monster or Ritual Spell search. Furthermore, due to the effect of ②, it is possible to Special Summon Fairy monsters of level 2 or lower when released. Triggers and target monsters are far inferior to the versatility of ①, but Special Summon is strong from the Deck.

2ndTime Maiden

Attribute Level Type ATK DEF
Time Maiden ▶︎ Deck 10 32 Time Maiden Effect Monster

If you control no monsters, you can Special Summon this card (from your hand). This card can be treated as 2 Tributes for the Tribute Summon of a "Timelord" monster. You can Tribute this card; add 1 "Timelord" monster with 0 ATK from your Deck to your hand. You can banish this card from your GY; Special Summon 1 "Timelord" monster with 0 ATK from your Deck, ignoring its Summoning conditions. You cannot Special Summon other monsters during the turn you activate this effect.

The second place that narrowly missed first place was "Time Maiden"
* In the event of a tie, the one with the highest total number of evaluations will be ranked higher.

"A card that boosts the category to the environment with one card" that is occasionally found in the Yu-Gi-Oh category
In the anime, it was a release agent to summon the Timelord, but in TF it was changed to a special search effect and effectively enhanced.
At the time of OCG conversion, the Timelord itself was originally a category that was excellently adjusted in terms of performance and reproduction of the original, and the Timelord is often a heavy control deck or a one-kill mine deck, so both emphasize beatdown. The voices of the duelists were calm, thinking that the support would be a disappointing performance because it goes against the Yu-Gi-Oh environment.
However, the content is a performance diagonally above the imagination that in addition to the good points of anime + TF, a special support effect is added. The scope of the double cost effect has narrowed, but I don't think any duelist would call it a weakening.
The three elements of anime effect + TF effect + OCG additional effect became a bond that entwine 10 gods like nothingness, infinity and infinite light, and the Timelord has leveled up from a fan deck to a real battle level deck.
Fortunately, this happened in the midst of the turmoil of the new Master Rules, so it was convenient for the Timelord, who doesn't rely on EX Decks.
It's not so much that it's subject to regulation, but it's a piece that's like a model for low-level support that raises the category to the level of performance that can fight in the environment.

Mathmech bastard. Mathmech has many other general-purpose guys, so if it's Cyberse Deck let alone Mathmech, it's often business trip.
The self-deployment cost is an advantage, and since it is a cost, it is also resistant to interference such as reluctance.
You can only attack with one monster, but it doesn't matter if you're ahead, and there are guys who have high explosive power even with one monster, such as Final Sigma or a high link from "Update Jammer".
In addition, it has a search effect, and the conditions can be met with Sigma that can be prepared at a cost.
It was a strong initial move, and despite this performance, it was not very noticeable due to the influence of Tearlaments of the same period and The Bystial of the later. However, after they were regulated, they quickly made their mark.
