Metalfoes is a P theme, so in order to revive, you need to send her Metalfoes to her GY with Painful Decision or hand fusion. Fusions can also be revived, so it's delicious to use Mithriel and Orihulk. It doesn't mesh well with Arcaest, who is level 1 and can't even be revived, but since all other fusions are level 5 or higher, they can all be revived within the range that can be searched with 《Painful Decision》. Of course, it's slow due to the trap card, but if you have Fullmetalfoes Fusion, you can use the effect during the opponent's turn.
Don't worry too much about maintaining it, you can use common effects and eccentrics to destroy it yourself and actively search for it. If I had to bring one, Bismagia, which lacks search means, or 1 scale would be a good choice. Mithriel is a reliable partner who is easy to revive and recovers this card if it falls into his GY.
