Since he is a trap, he can only be P-summoned from the next turn, but it is powerful that he can immediately prepare Pendulum Scale.
However, unlike in the past, it has become difficult to deploy a large number of P-monsters by P-summoning, so it is a little unsatisfactory as a deployment card, but since you can shoot P-summoned monsters and bounce cards on the opponent's field, I think it's not bad performance.

The effect of (1) makes it possible to align the Pendulum Scales, which I think is a blessing for the "Dinomist" Deck.
Although P summoning can be restricted, I think that X summoning can be done without problems.
As for the bounce effect of (2), I think it's strength is that released monsters can be reused for P-summoning.

Even though it's slow with Trap, it's simply powerful to align Dinomist's scale at once
The only restriction is that you can't do P summons other than Dinomist, but Xyz and Synchro can be done without problems.
The second half effect is something like turning Dinomist into Maje's Unicorn, and since it's permanent, you can hit it every turn as long as you have the space, so it's strong.

His Pendulum call of the Dinomist. Strong enough for his Trap version of the restricted card.
The restriction that only Dinomist can be P-summoned doesn't matter to him because his Deck is dyed with Dinomist anyway.
Since it has another effect, you can also use this card's bounce to defeat strong opponents without relying on Xyz. It is also good to incorporate general-purpose cards.
To put it bluntly, card power is the realm of madness. There's more than enough leverage for the Dinomist. I received a tremendous amount of support, but it's hard to think of him as a bad guy who doesn't have much of a vision to win.
P.S. Please punch me as much as I thought I was sealed with a Special Summon other than Dinomist.
