Playing

Having received the Beartron Alpha, he reorganized Ursarctic.
I can now access Quint Charge directly, so I will use it.
Sea Stealth 1 & 2 protects the Sea Stealth itself with Quint Charge and others, making the board harder.
Since it is unified with basic WATER, it has become extremely strong against removal.
EX will use 8 Bears and Physalia or Deadleaf with 12 Synchro as a general frame, and will dominate with Septentrio from Polar Star.
Grace Saurus has over 3000 RBIs in his WATER, and has excellent combat resistance and compatibility, so it's pretty good as an intermediary when it doesn't lead to bear deployment.
Physalia is excellent as a sub-plan because it can SS a bear with sea as a cost, and if you have sea, you can block 1.
Bear can also use the effect even if you SS with an effect other than yourself, so that point is also a good match.

Temporarily removed as a cost of Sea Stealth 1 when removed against Septentrio or monsters you want to keep on the field
It can also be used as a means of release escape when being hit by Veiler or Bubble Shadow by Deadleaf or Physalia.
(2) Combat resistance in Sea Stealth 1
Sea Stealth 1 can destroy the opponent during the damage step as a permanent effect if "Umi" exists, so all Ursarctic monsters can effectively resist combat.
③ Development from EX by quint charge
In addition to collecting her GY, Quint Charge ignores the summoning conditions and puts out Bear from EX, so you can access Fusion Beartron without having to force elements such as Drytron.
By defending with Sea Stealth 1 above, you can protect the fusion Beartron with a low RBI, so even if you put it out aggressively, you will have a place.

Weakness

The ability to access the "sea" and each Sea Stealth will greatly affect its strength, so I think it's okay to test various pots and search cards to your liking.
Regarding "sea", Sea-Stealth 1 can be re-strung from his GY, but the ideal is to put Sea-Stealth 2, so we adopted a grave and increased the access means.
If there are other means of stable access, I think you can give priority to them.
I think that if you adjust each number for hand triggers, you will be able to free up slots.
"Ocean" and each Sea Stealth is the key deck, so if you want to reduce it, it's around Physalia & Deadleaf & 8 Bears.
