Weakness

The weak point is that 《Maxx "C"》is troublesome. Going first isn't just about suppressing the opponent, it's also about securing resources. All extra parts adopted for 《Phantasmal Lord Ultimitl Bishbaalkin》will be spoiled. There is no room to put countermeasure cards.
That said, I think it's the pinnacle of deployment decks that play an active role in 《Ursarctic》. Compared to the "Atlantean" axis, it is much superior in that it can reach "Ursarctic Septentrion" even with only the "Ursarctic" tuner. Although the sense of stability is slightly inferior to the 《Phantasm》axis, the hardness of the final board surface is Danchi.

Customize

For the main deck, I think it's best to only use cards that satisfy one of the following conditions: they can be used as the cost of 《Ursarctic》, they are profitable when the cost of 《Magicians' Souls》is used, or they are compatible with 《Where Arf Thou?》. Other cards increase the accident rate, so try your best not to use them as much as possible.

It's a Deck that uses Equip Spells and Ritual Monsters, so I think it's a good match. It's critical that it doesn't cost Ursarctic, so I don't think it's a good idea to just put it in, but I think it's possible.
《Yamatako Orochi》
Since the token sent to the opponent has 0 defense power, otk is not impossible if you can grant penetration. Combined with the double attack with 《Morphtronic Earfon》, you can sharpen your LP at once. Not only is it compatible with 《Where Arf Thou?》, but it can be level 8, so you can connect to 《Power Tool Braver Dragon》from various combinations. The drawback is that there is no Special Summon effect.

It may increase stability. It is also difficult to come up with the cost.
I've tried various extras, but I think this is the limit of the current card pool. There are an infinite number of cards I want to put in, but when I think about the balance, it's hard.

Stronger than 《Baronne de Fleur》only when fully deployed. It's strong, but I need to add 《Baronne de Fleur》to take advantage of its strengths, so I don't have enough slots.

If you do a basic deployment, you can't put it out on the next turn. You can get it back with 《Ursarctic Radiation》, but I think it will be stable if you have 2 copies. Not enough frames.
