"Ra Phantasm Ursarctic" Deck 2023

This is his Ursarctic Deck that uses 《Icejade Ran Aegirine》. This time, I tried to reduce the number of accident factors as much as possible and use enough search destinations so that I don't feel stressed when I'm spinning. I don't know if there are any, but I would like to take this opportunity to recommend this deck to any great duelist who is considering his Ursarctic debut.
My opponent has 《Phantasm》related cards. This is to send Ice Barrier to his GY by link summoning Curious, the Lightsworn Dominion, and to salvage his Continuous Spell that fell into GY. It's also very easy to use, as cards that can't be used as a cost for 《Ice Barrier》or 《Ursarctic》monsters can be naturally consumed as a hand cost. Thanks to that, I can afford to adopt 《Maxx "C"》.
The 《Ursarctic》monster cost uses a gimmick centered around 《The Winged Dragon of Ra》. The effect of 《Guardian Slime》was not as strong as other cost candidates, but with the appearance of 《Icejade Ran Aegirine》, it is a WATER that can be used as a cost, and the importance of 《Ice Barrier》, which can receive support, has increased. This is the card I want to use. 《The Winged Dragon of Ra》's super firepower can also be useful. In addition, we have adopted 《Eldlich the Golden Lord》in anticipation of synergy with 《The True Sun God》.
The biggest key card is 《Ice Barrier》. 《Ursarctic Mikpolar》, which is the initial move, 《Guardian Slime》, which is easy to cost, and 《Icejade Ran Aegirine》, which has very high power, can be selected according to the situation. Since it searches with the GY effect, if you draw it, it's not wasteful if you hit the cost of your hand, such as 《Ursarctic Departure》.
Please try to put out 《Curious, the Lightsworn Dominion》for the first time. If he manages to link summon, drop Ice Barrier, search for what he needs, and he goes to Ursarctic. If 《Dark Beckoning Beast》is stopped, take out the 《Ursarctic》tuner and connect to 《Baronne de Fleur》and pray.
Ursarctic is hard to hit second, so make use of Lagimmick. 《The Winged Dragon of Ra - Sphere Mode》is of course, but 《Eldlich the Golden Lord》is also reliable. If you are in trouble, let's do something with 《Icejade Ran Aegirine》.

Strength

It's strength is that it doesn't use cards that are only used for combos. Even though it's a 《Ursarctic》Deck because most cards have a role when they're drawn into your hand! It shouldn't be too stressful. To be honest, I didn't want to include 《Ursarctic Radiation》, but in that case, all 《Ursarctic》monsters would be inferior to 《Icejade Ran Aegirine》, so I used it. Pseudo search is possible, but it is not realistic.

Weakness

While I got a sense of stability, the power is modest. 《Guardian Slime》searches once a turn, and the 《Phantasm》gimmick does the same thing as 《Foolish Burial Goods》even though it has a hand cost.
In the first place, the problem of weak 《Ursarctic》has not been solved at all.

Customize

《Rainbow Bridge of Salvation》
It's the strongest card that boasts overwhelming power, but since there was no room for 《Icejade Ran Aegirine》, I skipped it. When I put this card in, I had to use around Ultimate Flagship Ursatron and I ran out of slots. It would have been possible if 《Icejade Cenote Enion Cradle》was strong.
《Crystal Girl》
It can be revived immediately after the cost of 《Icejade Ran Aegirine》, it can search for 《Ursarctic》monsters at the end, and it looks pretty good even if it is defeated by his GY sending of 《Curious, the Lightsworn Dominion》. However, level 1 is pretty deadly and not suitable for various materials. Since it is not a build that uses 《Ultimate Flagship Ursatron》, it is necessary to play 《Ursarctic Septentrion》, and the lack of a tuner is also a headwind. Depending on my research, it might be useful, but if it's a build that doesn't require 《Ursarctic》S deployment, it might be useful.
