A Quick-Play Spell that can revive and return, a card with tremendous power written on it.
In fact, you can interfere with your opponent's turn with Level 8 Bearc, and it still works even after you lose his GY card with Big Dipper.
However, since Bearalk S monsters cannot be revived, it lacks explosive power, and because it is not good at GY fertilization, its performance as a starting point is greatly inferior.
For Ursarctic, where early embarrassment can be deadly, this problem is a source of thorns, and even though it is a strong card, there is room for thought.

It's not bad as written, but the problem is that Ursarctic doesn't have room for cards like the slightly useful resurrection cards.
If you use a 《Ursarctic》monster as a cost to create a 《Ursarctic》monster and revive it with this card, the cost will be reduced by 1, but using a card with a cost of 2 will lower the accident rate.
Spell searching in Ursarctic would change everything. . .

It's a rare Quick-Play Spell for a resurrection spell. Reviving the Ursarctic Tuner can also be a hindrance.
You can also return from banishment, so you can recall cards that were banished with the cost of Sacred Sword of Seven Stars.

A Quick-Play Spell that has the effect of Special Summoning various restricted Ursarctic monsters from GY or exclusion.
The target is limited to Ursarctic, and the target is attack sealing, end destruction, and only monsters with levels are tied up, but even so, a Quick-Play Spell that has both resurrection and return with a single card is rare.
Since the effect can be used firmly, it is possible to recover ad with non-tuner resurrection and sabotage with tuner resurrection. The resurrected card can be used as a material for Special Summon, so there is no waste.
It's a card that is extremely useful and agile in the sense that it can return Bell Acty that was removed with Big Dipper to his GY.

Since it has a weak point that it cannot attack and self-destructs, I think that it is good to use it for various materials after using its effect.
I think the Quick-Play Spell is also a strength.
