A low-level Icejade monster with subtle specifications.
Unfortunately, the effect of (1) cannot be activated if there is no WATER monster in GY.
For this reason, it is not possible to discard 《Icejade Aegirine》or 《Icejade Kosmochlor》from your hand on the first move to revive yourself as a cost.
If it could do that, it would have been an excellent monster that could actively send itself to her GY in order to use her GY effect (2), but...
However, there are many situations where the resurrection effect is useful after the second turn.
Even if this card is in her GY, you can revive any of her other WATER monsters by reviving it with Marincess Coral Anemone.

Since the Icejade monster has her GY effect as a common effect, the effect of being able to actively send her GY while special summoning the monster is a useful effect.
There is no specified type of card that can be used as a hand cost, and it can be used as a general resurrection card in the WATER Deck.
However, sending your hand to GY is a cost, a Special Summon effect that targets GY's monsters, and sending yourself to his GY is an effect, negate cards and Friche's removal effect on the field, The downside is that it's easy to step on any kind of interference with the GY meta.
Especially if the target monster in the grave is moved from her GY, you will lose the hand cost and you will only be sent to her GY. If it was, it would be the worst situation.
If GY has at least one WATER monster that can be targeted, it can also be selected as a target for the WATER monster that was used as a hand cost. I want to choose a certain card... it's obvious.
