Since Halifair has been banned in Master Duel, I've remade his Deck from Ice Barrier.
I mixed his Icejade to make up for the low deployment power.
In order to reduce the accident rate, Urara and G were removed.
In the first attack, he sets up his Synchro Monster with target resistance via Deep Sea Prima Donna.
In the second attack, you can use Ice Barrier Synchro Monster or 《White Aura Bihamut》《White Aura Whale》to eliminate the opponent's monsters.

Strength

Since there is only WATER other than triggers, you don't have to worry about his WATER restrictions such as 《Revealer of the Ice Barrier》and 《Ice Barrier》.
Deployment example
① Recruit 《Guitar Gurnards Duonigis》with 《Deep Sea Diva》summoning effect
②With the effect of 《Guitar Gurnards Duonigis》, remove 2 cards from the opponent's deck & raise the level of 《Deep Sea Diva》to 4
3.Summon Deep Sea Prima Donna, use its effect to return one of your opponent's banished cards to your opponent's hand, and recruit his level 4 or lower WATER monsters.
