Comprehensive evaluation: It is easier to aim for battle position change and Special Summon with separate cards.
It just uses two cards to Special Summon and Defense Position from your hand, and it would be more versatile to use 《Enemy Controller》and 《Fusion Deployment》respectively.
It looks like the opponent's 《Elemental HERO Bubbleman》can be released conditionally, but the ruling has been made that it is impossible.

A card like a combination of a fake hero that can block attacks with Bubbleman as a cost and a high level target. It would be nice if we could develop something like Edgeman with Penetration, but it's a bit of a headwind as Link without defense, let alone target resistance, has appeared.
The problem is that this card and Bubbleman both destroy the benefits of each other, and the effect that can be used when only you are in your hand and the effect that Special Summons other HEROs are not compatible, so I thought I'd play it face down with Emako. Now that I think about it, it's annoying that this is a Quick-Play Spell that can't be activated when the card is face down. There is also a move to deploy during the opponent's turn, but there is no HERO in particular that I want to deploy from my hand while leaving Bubbleman on the field.
In the worst case, I had to assume that the summoning right would be used, and I wondered if it would be possible to request a special cost and use it separately if that level of return was required.

It has both deployment and defense, but it doesn't mesh with Bubbleman's effect, and since defense is involved, Link can't be targeted, making it more dependent on the opponent than before.
If there are no monsters on the opponent's field or if there is no deployment target, it will not succeed, so it is unstable both as a deployment and as a defense card.
I don't want to have a 2:1 hand with such a habit, and there's no one who wants to. I wonder if it will be useful.

It would be nice if it could come out of the deck, but from the hand it doesn't match Bubbleman's Special Summon condition. Also, since it is a Quick-Play Spell, it cannot be activated immediately when lying down. It's not that you can't use it for Sacrifice Escape, but if you can only use it for Bubbleman, it's not much of an advantage.
