Super HERO who has been ravaging the acclaimed environment since May 9, 2022 in Master Duel and has contributed to the decrease in the number of users. (Actually, Master Duel's steam population dropped significantly in June.)
First of all, the summoning conditions are very loose, and the HERO Deck can easily be put out with a fusion card.
And since he is also compatible with the Deck Fusion Spell 《Fusion Destiny》, it works great as an easy-to-use business trip part that can be put into any of his decks with a set of 2 material monsters.
The HERO monster used as a material also has his excellent GY effect, so there is no waste.
Also, there is no chance that it can be summoned via anaconda.
If you draw Fusion Destiny in your first hand, it's not uncommon to win a duel with just that.
In addition to being able to "revive yourself every turn", you can "select" and "destroy" one card on your field and one card on the field with Friche. Destroyable.
Also, as a bonus, "His ATK of the opponent's monster is reduced by 200 times the number of GY's HERO cards in his girlfriend" is also plainly powerful and useful. Especially with the HERO Deck, it has an ugly down effect.
However, it is not uncommon to be neutralized by "exclude, bounce, release, summon impossible", not the strongest monster that is absolutely invincible. 《Prohibition》also works.
However, I am making the other party spit out the resources for that, so I can say that I am doing a sufficient job.
You can also use his GY effect of the HERO monster used for the summoning cost.
Total Fusion Destiny It's an exceptional performance for a Fusion Monster that can be summoned from 1 copy, and it's a typical example of KONAMI's specialty slash-and-burn business. Thanks to that, even in Master Duel, when it was implemented, it was a menko battle where "the one who puts it out wins".
It would have been better if he had specified a HERO Fusion Monster as a fusion material like Elemental HERO Shining Neos Wingman, or at least excluded GY's D-HERO from his self-revival cost.
※postscript
From March 2023, 《Fusion Destiny》will be eased from restricted to semi-restricted in Master Duel, and it will be used again soon. Some people say, "D-HERO Divineguy is banned, so Despheni isn't strong", but Despheni is strong on its own.
However, since he cannot be included in a Spright Deck and 《D-HERO Divine Guy》is prohibited, there are few people who can put him in a high-end deck. It's also tough in an environment with a lot of exclusions.

2ndMaster Peace, the True Dracoslaying King

Rating Score Card Name Card-Type
Attribute Level Type ATK DEF
Master Peace, the True Dracoslaying King ▶︎ Deck 10 42 Master Peace, the True Dracoslaying King Effect Monster
- 8 Wyrm 2950 2950
To Tribute Summon this card face-up, you can Tribute Continuous Spell/Trap Card(s) you control, as well as monsters. Unaffected by the effects of cards with the same card type (Monster, Spell, and/or Trap) as the original card type of the cards Tributed for its Tribute Summon. Once per turn, during either player's turn, if you control this Tribute Summoned monster: You can banish 1 Continuous Spell/Trap Card from your Graveyard, then target 1 other card on the field; destroy it.

The second place that narrowly missed first place was "Master Peace, the True Dracoslaying King"
* In the event of a tie, the one with the highest total number of evaluations will be ranked higher.

Other people have introduced the stupidity of this, so I'm going to write about complete resistance in detail. First (if you release a Trap) this monster is immune to Skidre. (In addition, unlike RR, TRUE is conceptually compatible with Skidre.) If you can't stop the summoning, Solemn Judgment won't work. "Real RBI 3300 and built-in SS2 furtche removal" No matter what you do, you can't win with a deck that can't win. The type 2 resistance is also exquisitely strong, and if you don't destroy it in battle (even if you don't have resistance with Dora D, you can't break through unless you have 3000 RBI...) The only countermeasure is card removal.
It's a transcendent bogus monster, but before that, I think the biggest problem was being able to get it out easily.

A simple and powerful monster that is similar to Good Stuff, with a complete effect on its own. It is one of the highlights of this pack, and Sky Striker Ace and Branded using this guy have already won prizes in cs. It is also an attacker and functions as a simple obstruction bill, so it is soaring as one that can be used for business trips in the future.
