If this card's effect leads to 《Albion the Branded Dragon》, it will lead to 《Mirrorjade the Iceblade Dragon》, which I think is excellent.

Fusion materials are the easiest to procure among Albus fusions.

By being able to utilize excluded cards, the strength is that even if there are no resources in the field/GY, if there are excluded cards, the deployment can continue.
On the other hand, the weight of requiring a hand cost is a clear bottleneck, and it leads to reducing the strength of 《Branded Fusion》, which can be fusion summoned with just one copy.
Also, since there is no resistance, the risk of being disturbed after paying the cost is also high.
Also, even if the effect is not interrupted, the disadvantage of this card not being able to attack is quite painful, and there are some situations where this card with no other effects is just a wall.
Overall, 《Albion the Branded Dragon》is easier to use, but 《Branded Fusion》can send DARK to GY, and 《Albus' Branded》can contribute to widening the range of monsters that can be absorbed, so it's not a big deal. I think it's a card that is stable as long as it's adopted.
