If you use it with [Springans], I think that 《Tally-ho! Springans》will probably be the only search target, but since 《Springans Merrymaker》, which is the base, has no material restrictions, you can consider adopting it in general decks that use rank 4. 《Therion "King" Regulus》and 《Therion "Bull" Ain》can easily be used with Decks that use Machine and Warrior, and 《Therion Discolosseum》can support Decks that search for them and require Field Spells.
Also, it is worth mentioning that Xyz materials are not used at all until you search repeatedly, and if you fight, you can switch to main 2 with 4 materials Azeus. I'm a little concerned that it takes up a lot of space in the Extra Deck, but even with that in mind, I think it's a pretty useful card.

As for the effect of (1), I think that "Tariho! Springans!"
In particular, if you search for "Taliho! Springans!", I think it's strength is that it will lead to the (2) card destruction/card bounce effect.
If it's a "Springans" Deck, I don't think it's a problem because you can just use the effect of Great Sand Sea - Gold Golgonda to get "Springans" X and stack it.

Mainly from 《Springans Merrymaker》it will be more likely to be stacked. 《Springans Merrymaker》is a general-purpose Rank 4 that can be used without material restrictions, so it is possible to go on a business trip to the [Rank 4] Deck.
When stacking from 《Springans Merrymaker》, I think I have about 3 materials, so I can aim for the additional effect of 《Tally-ho! Springans》, which is the top of the search list. "Therefore, the preparations for activating the bounce & destruction effect of (2) are complete." You can also bounce cards on your own field, so you can use them for self-bounce combos.
In the future, it will be a card that can be seen quite often in casual.
