It's a superlative monster, but I don't think it's a problem because he can Special Summon under loose conditions due to the effect of (1).
As for the effect of (2), if there are other "R-ACE" monsters, I think it's excellent that it can be interfered with by changing the backside Defense Position in the free chain.
Even if it is sent to GY, the effect of (3) will return "R-ACE" monsters other than level 8, so there is no waste. If you remove the "R-ACE" monsters in advance with the effect of (1), you can also prepare return targets, and I think you're killing two birds with one stone.

Level 10 Synchro has many useful monsters, but 《Ruddy Rose Dragon》, which removes all GY from each other, works well with Rescue-ACE, which has a gimmick that returns cards in the exclusion zone to the Deck, and is good against back destruction.
