"TRUE The Weather Invoked" Deck 2017

It will be The Weather Deck, new in the buildpack
The effect of Continuous Spell Trap will be a unique theme that gives effects to The Weather monsters and fights.
This time, I put in an Invoked gimmick because I rarely use TRUE and Extra, which are compatible with each other (it seems to be a recent theme).
Above all, Ar Ciel's illustration ads are very expensive, so many people may be interested.
It is ideal to start with Ciel. Ciel summon → 《The Weather Snowy Canvas》→ Search
If you can't, break some Continuous Spell Trap with turmel to make it snow.
I'm still in the research phase, so any advice would be appreciated.

Strength

・Control by Ar Ciel
It's a bit difficult to put out, but once you put it out, you can negate & reuse the effect up to three times, and at the very least, you can block the opponent's summons by releasing your confidence. It also has the common effect of The Weather monsters, so it won't be a waste even if you leave the extra zone.
・ TRUE Sword Emperor Master P
With the July restriction revision, it became a restricted card. But as before, I'm showing my face to the environment as power. The Weather puts in TRUE to make up for the lack of RBIs. Since only one The Weather pattern with the same name can exist on the field, it will not be wasteful to use duplicate The Weather patterns as bait.
・Invoked
This deck is Invoked as his opponent's GY meta because it doesn't use extras very much (just a stada from Ar Ciel and star Lightsworn). I don't think there's anyone who can't get it because the attributes are scattered.

Weakness

(1) Hand card triggering: Usagi and Veiler are especially tight. Even if you get hit by the effect of snow, you can return itself, so it's still better, but if you hit Usagi and Velor, this Deck will stop.
(2) Excluded meta... Longinus, 《Imperial Iron Wall》, 《Chaos Hunter》, etc. are often seen as excluded metas. Then the weather that uses the exclusion as a trigger cannot activate the effect and monsters with low ATK become sticks.
③ Special Summon Meta... There's nothing you can do about it. Break through by pushing with TRUE

Customize

①《Unending Nightmare》, Tsuitsui, Kozusai... Since The Weather doesn't have many ways to touch the opponent's back, it might be a good idea to increase these cards. Once The Weather starts spinning, the number of cards in your hand will increase, so you don't have to worry about the cost of Tsuitsui.
② PSY frame... The Weather can be removed from the field with a free chain, so these are also within the range of adoption. When you can't use Ar Ciel, you can leave the defense to these guys.
③《Skill Drain》・・・If you can activate it, you can bring it to the end of the game. It is an exaggeration, but it will be quite advantageous. Since it has been given an effect by the effect of Spell Trap, it can move even under the influence of Skidre. However, The Weather's ① effect and Ar Ciel are usually caught. Also, it's not very compatible with TRUE and Invoked, so it's a balance with Deck.
(4) Hand trigger... Even if you can move during your opponent's turn, The Weather pattern doesn't have much power, so you can use hand trigger to make up for it. I like the PSY frame because it eats up a lot of the frame. 《Ghost Reaper & Winter Cherries》is also enough because we don't use extras.
