Comprehensive evaluation: Useful in terms of preventing destruction while deploying defense personnel.
There are many cards such as 《Harpie's Feather Duster》and 《Raigeki》that do holistic destruction, and it is useful in that it can prevent them first.
In addition, 《Stardust Dragon》can be deployed, and its effect can further strengthen the defense.
Being able to defend twice with one card is still a big advantage.
Since it eats up the frame of the EX Deck, it might be good to adopt it for a Deck that doesn't use the EX Deck from the beginning, so you don't have to worry about its drawbacks.
[Runick], [Eldlich], etc., can be expected to be adopted when using spells and traps a lot.

A super strong card that protects against removal and still pops out. In the past, there were many virtual enemies such as Buraro, Enma Ryu, and Evilswarm Butte, and there were many opportunities to be stabbed unexpectedly.
It doesn't have as many sweepers as it used to, but it works well in the sideboard.
As for back removal, even in modern times, feather broom, right, and tsuitsui are active, and such cards are virtual enemies. It can protect strong oppressive cards such as 《Skill Drain》, 《There Can Be Only One》, 《Rivalry of Warlords》and 《Gozen Match》. In particular, it has a tremendous compatibility with Skidre, and does not waste even the summoned stada.
You can put out a stand, but you can't ignore the resurrection limit, so the stand you put out with Starlight can't come back due to its own effect.
The rival is 《The Huge Revolution is Over》. This is a strong enemy that can't be put out for free, but he can be eliminated with Counter Trap. However, Starlight is just an approach to removing the back, and The Huge Revolution is Over, which even removes it, has a sense of overkill, so I think Starlight is enough.

An excellent Normal Trap that negates and destroys multiple removals that involve destruction, and also gains an advantage while defending by adding stats to the field.
Special Summoned Studs also have the effect of catching destructive effects, so it is strong against 2 consecutive shots of Nagisa Sambol, Nagisa Right, and Right, making it a card that is particularly good at protecting the back.
Special Summoned stats are not treated as Synchro Summons, so even if you use their effects, they won't come back with their own effects, but just negate a stats that can be used with 25 RBI and can be used with effects is enough to negate it, and it's not a good card. I think it's a pretty good category among free-related cards that people tend to say don't exist.
It seems to be more popular than 《The Huge Revolution is Over》, which has a similar effect, but since this is a Normal Trap, it is a little easier to counter, and since it has the effect of adding a score, it has the backfire of stepping on Special Summon-related cards such as warnings. Be careful with that.
Also, the cards you want to block with this card can only be counted on one hand in the general-purpose system of the environment standard, and it is rarely used in the main, so basically prepare it on the side, and the opponent will attack from the side. I think it will feel like preparing for the rice and tsuitsui that will be thrown in.

This card is probably the biggest victim of the new Masters Rules.
I used to love it in Madolche and Traptrix, but now it's quite difficult to use because the stand is in the way and the extra monster zone is not available.
To be honest, if it's a holistic destruction meta, I think The Huge Revolution is Over is better.
Still, if it's decided, it's exhilarating, so this evaluation is still the same.

Although it is somewhat dependent on the other party, the return is large if you develop a stand while countering it.
Since it is not treated as an S summon, the deployed star can't be revived, but the destruction negate effect is still effective, so it's enough.
Nowadays, there are plenty of removals other than destruction, so I have the impression that this card is a connoisseur's favorite card that requires reading the environment and ingenuity.

A typical card that is strong when used by the opponent, but weak when used by yourself.
Since the reward at the time of activation is large, there are also scenes where the activation trigger is somewhat limited and rotten.
In addition, due to the new master rule, there are times when it is not possible to get the most important score even if it is activated, and sometimes it is better not to use it even if it is activated, further strengthening the image of a card that is difficult to handle.
However, I think it's a card that can still be used in his deck as he solidifies his back.

A card with many misconceptions that are often passed around and shot from a psychic storm.
A card that is piled up as a countermeasure for decks that are not good at doing a lot of face down or removing multiple objects.
After destroying the opponent's card, he has 2500 points and can negate the opponent's destruction card once more.
It looks stronger than 《The Huge Revolution is Over》because of the bonus, but since this is not a Counter Trap, there is a way to return it unexpectedly. If you want the usability of a simple anti-mass destruction card, it is only compatible with 《The Huge Revolution is Over》is higher, so it's a mutual relationship.

The current imaginary enemies are Tsuitsui and Hanaboki. Compared to the often compared "The Huge Revolution is Over", Stardust Dragon is superior in terms of his ability to Special Summon, but over there it doesn't depend on your own field, exclusion, Counter Trap, and doesn't get caught in "Solemn Warning". win. His Stardust Dragon, which used to boast a high adoption rate, is often not included unless there is room in the Extra Deck, and it tends to be slightly overwhelmed by 《The Huge Revolution is Over》.

Meta to mass destruction. I think that it is very excellent that it can return to the total destruction such as Butte, Buraro, Feather Broom, Black Hole, etc. that often fly in one piece, and also comes out as a bonus as a bonus.

It's strong enough to stop Feather Duster, Torrent Blaho, and Butte Blaro, but when you actually use it, it's more likely that you'll end up in an accident. It's easier to use, and even though you can call a stand, it doesn't meet the resurrection limit, so it can only be used up or just vanilla with 2500 RBI.
It's pretty strong once it's decided, but it's not uncommon for it to become an accident force, so I feel like it's a deck that wants to stop feather dusters and torrents.

Mass removal meta.
It's an insurance card that has a lot of bad times, but when it's decided, the return is quite large.

It also prevents Mirafo, but its attack reaction is slow, so the adoption rate is a little low.

It's not Counter Trap, but it's very reliable to suppress powerful effects that destroy multiple cards. Meta to mass removal. Since the conditions for activation are set, there is no demerit at all for the user, and the reward is very large, such as being able to call the Stardust Dragon, which has 2500 hit points. With the return of Storm and Black Hole, it's worth throwing one in if you have space in your deck. Currently, there is a card called "The Huge Revolution is Over", so he should discuss it with Deck and adopt it.

You can prepare for when your opponent is aiming for multiple destruction such as black holes and big storms.
In addition, it has a bonus effect that allows you to revive the Stardust Dragon,
