Playing

By adding the much-talked-about new 《Nibiru, the Primal Being》, I thought that he would be a deck that could be used in tournaments while raising the degree of meta, so I made it.
The operation method is the same as normal Dimension Skidre The Weather. It's unlikely that you'll deploy more than 5 [The Weather], so I think you'll be able to advance the match without hurting your opponent's Nibiru.
Even if you hit the opponent's Nibiru or want to activate it after deployment, you can just chain it and run away, so it won't be a big loss for you.

Strength

◇ Use Skidre and 《Dimensional Fissure》to interfere with your opponent and bring it into a long-term battle that The Weather is good at.
◇ The Weather Deck's nemesis, Masu G and Usagi, can't be used due to the rifts, and can evade Skidre's effects to overwhelm opponents with Pancra or Nibiru.

《Nibiru, the Primal Being》: An ace card that can stop preemptive control of Dragon Link. I don't mind that decks tend to be countered.
《Dinowrestler Pankratops》: A removal factor that can move even when Skidre is activated. It is also compatible with The Weather, which originally does not develop much, and also has the role of compensating for The Weather's lack of hitting points.
《Crossout Designator》: A star of hope for The Weather Deck, which has long been tormented by Feather Duster. In the case of a match battle, put 《Anti-Spell Fragrance》or 《Twin Twisters》on the side.
: It's simply strong, but you can use it together with Mascarena as a material to create Unicorns and Valeso with effect destruction resistance. Once you've used the effect, you can use it as the cost of Turmel.
《I:P Masquerena》: The Weather Deck doesn't link summon very often, but it works well with Crackdown, so I decided to use it anyway. It is also great to be able to reinforce the RBI that The Weather lacks with Valeso. Since it moves during the opponent's turn, it should be difficult for Nibiru to get caught.

I think there are many options for extras.
This time, we didn't use 《The Weather Painter Aurora》to focus on stability, but I think you can include it.
It may be possible to adopt 《Gold Moon Coin》to increase stability.
《Crossout Designator》might be good to use 3 copies.
