Hero fusions can only do Special Summon by fusion, and it even created victims like Madball, so reviving without summoning conditions is nice. Since it's a Quick-Play Spell, it's nice to be able to search for Brave Neos, which is also a condition for its own activation, and activate it immediately.
However, the fusion deck involving Neos is a semi-exclusive construction, so it is often better to increase the EX consumption without Neos than to put a general fusion HERO on the field once.
There are many things you can do, but it seems that you are choosing a deck that is somewhat usable.

Fortunately, fusion HERO has abundant supports that can be fusion summoned with little consumption. However, even if you deduct it, it tends to take time and money.
It's an effect that can't be imitated by other general-purpose resurrections, but it feels like a perishable and strong resurrection card. I think it's for fans.
