Fusion HERO basically cannot be revived, so this effect of being able to revive it is attractive.
Furthermore, since it is a Quick-Play Spell, it can be treated as a hindrance by reviving a person who can demonstrate its effect during Special Summon.
However, the existence of a fusion with Neos as a fusion material is a somewhat heavy condition, in a state where the one that has been properly fused once has fallen into his GY.
Fortunately, fusion HERO has abundant supports that can be fusion summoned with little consumption. However, even if you deduct it, it tends to take time and money.
It's an effect that can't be imitated by other general-purpose resurrections, but it feels like a perishable and strong resurrection card. I think it's for fans.
