It's not that it can't be used, but WIND is difficult to incorporate into [HERO]

As for the target of the mask change, there is Airman like Kamikaze, so I don't think there will be such a problem.
Special Summon When successful, the RBI of one monster on the opponent's field can be halved, increasing the combat power. Due to the characteristics of the mask, it can be used to interfere with cards that refer to defense and RBI, and it has a surprise attack.
Also, at 500 LP cost, you can bounce the opponent's magic / Trap, and since it can be used with Friche, it cannot be directly removed, but it is a strong set card.
However, even with a 500 LP cost, Alive makes him a little less silly for an LP-hungry HERO.
Although it doesn't directly earn ads, the effect is not bad, and with the presence of Airman, I think it's a good candidate for the deployment of Mask.

Features Shrink on Special Summon success and his Spell Trap bounce on Friche.
Compared to Kamikaze, he can deal with higher RBIs and is strong against Spell Trap, but he has a bad position and is unsuitable for earning adverts.

Both effects are not bad, but Kamikaze, which has 1 draw and resistance, is too good as a wind magic hero. In [HERO], that one will be prioritized.
