Hyakuni! Halo!
Since there is almost no reason to adopt anything other than Star Seraph, I will write on the premise of Star Seraph.
- Sloane's trigger can be pulled
・ Negate is plain and persistent
・One-time destruction resistance
・Samopuri cannot be used as a material (relatively hard)
Well, to be honest, Star Seraph is a card that I definitely want to have one in if I build a Deck.
If you're evaluating it as a general-purpose card, give it a generous estimate of 2 points.

He is currently the only Xyz Monster in the Star Seraph series.
There is a Paradios that is easier to handle than the same rank.
Rank 4 of the 3-body material is also full of stronger monsters, so it's difficult to adopt without thinking.
Since it is a Star Seraph monster, you can Special Summon Sloane when Xyz summoning is successful. You can draw even more if you use scale as a material, so it's worth aiming for if you use it in a Star Seraph Deck.
Also, since there are rank-up bodies, I would like to differentiate them well.
Although it has its own advantages, it is a rather unreliable card on its own.

It's heavy and the effect is plain... Well, if you use Cepros, it's easy to use, and the only three-body material that has resistance is Halo, so it's surprisingly usable.

It's a card that's heavier than Paradios, but it's like a story about Paradios' deterioration. Destruction resistance is no longer that reliable.
I think it's a Dolbe card...

Hello!
He is Star Seraph's No, and he is heavy with 3 LIGHT materials.
Although it halves the target monster's ATK and negates the effect, it is almost defenseless in the opponent's turn because it is a startup effect and its own hit points are only average.
Resistance, which can be said to be a countermeasure, is only destruction, even though it responds to both combat and effects, and since it discards all of its own Xyz materials, it cannot be reversed on the next turn.
However, if you become CNo with Rank-Up-Magic, the lack of this material is also an advantage, and you can aim for 1500 burns while weakening the opponent, so it cannot be said that it is unusable. (Well, if you look at the card power, the return is still small.)
Rank 4 of the 3-body material has a lot of high-quality removal such as absorbing opponents and bouncing, so I don't give priority to putting it out unless I'm purely building with Star Seraph.

Hello!
The effect itself is not bad. It tends to be avoided because the material is heavy and upward compatibility is required.

Light designation, 3 body request and heavy material designation. However, Hikari is blessed with deployment cards, so it's not that tough.
However, the most important effect is the backward compatibility effect of Paradios, and there are many other cards that play the role of Lightning or removal personnel. As a bonus, all of them can be put out more easily than this card.
With Star Seraph, you can dare to take advantage of the fact that it is a 3-body material, but there are many rivals here as well.
As for its unique advantage, as already mentioned, having the Star Seraph name means that it can be expected to expand further with Scale & Slone. Is it the key to C102's additional effects?
It's difficult to handle, but I don't think it's useless.

Almost backward compatible with Paradios including the number of materials.
To be frank, I don't think there's much point in using it in a regular way, so it feels like it's only used as an underlay when using Seven Swan.

It became difficult to use due to cepsro regulations
Well, there is basically no frame for this guy to enter even before the regulation
Rank 4 is a fiercely contested area, so there's little point in including it.

If you can use the effect for several turns, it will gradually corner your opponent, but the effect is a little plain for light 4x3. It's a pain to use all the materials that are resistant to it, and it's painful to have a card that you put out so hard that it's 2500 vanilla with a single removal. Also, since it is an effect related to combat, it is basic to deal with an opponent with a higher RBI than you, but it is not possible to fight back with an effect by overcoming a high RBI. Cards that benefit from having 3 materials have made it easier to put out, but the current situation is that the powerful monsters that already exist in the 4x3 are prioritized and are somewhat disadvantaged.

Star Seraph Xyz has become much easier to use thanks to the new Star Seraph. It can be said that Star Seraph has become a level that can withstand use, such as being compatible with RUM and having a rank 4 × 3 resistance. The effect is passive, so you need to use it properly.

The new Star Seraph is based on the concept of "take out 4x3 materials and get an ad", so in Star Seraph we were able to get rid of the stigma of Degraded Paradios! You did it, Dorube-kyun!
After all, compared to Ruler, Telos, and Ouroboros, there are fewer opportunities to go into battle, but it has unique strengths such as being the only one with resistance to destruction and being an SS trigger for Sloane, so it's worth allocating an EX frame.
I don't know if only Scepter and Sloane are in Star Seraph.

It's new and quite easy to use, but it's true that there are x3 rivals.

The Star Seraph Deck is easy to put out
After that, if you use it with other 4×3 Xyz, it will be quite strong.

With the arrival of the new Star Seraph, this card has become much easier to use as it can be differentiated from Paradios. There are monsters such as Shock Ruler and DiSigma, but this card is the only card that has destruction resistance with 3 materials, so if you're Star Seraph, you definitely want to include it.

Since Starliege Paladynamo can be summoned with 2 materials, his negate effect is stronger and easier to handle, so the merits of this card tend to be destruction resistance and damage reduction. However, it is hard to say that this merit is a sufficient reward with 3 materials + attribute binding. There are many rivals among the monsters that can be produced with 3 body materials, so it must be said that the priority is low. Summoning C No. from "Sword of the Seven Emperors" has some value, so I think it's a good idea to use it as a material, but it's unlikely that you'll be able to use this card by itself.

I personally like the name and illustration, but Paradios made me feel narrower.
I think it would be a card that would be recognized if it had more ATK or if the effect was a little more devised.

It is difficult to put out normally unless it is Star Seraph. Heck, it's hard to put out Star Seraph in the end due to the lack of types, and the fact that it costs less to put out with Xyz Reception and Dragon Noot.
If you start with 《Herald of Pure Light》in Astral Force, it is a pretty strong card, so I definitely recommend using it there.

Paradios is yelling at me, saying, "It must be frustrating, isn't it?"
The effect itself is not bad... However, the material is quite heavy and the status is a little low
The reason why I struggled to get this when I used the second half effect is...
4 points in anticipation of 《C No. 102 Dark Star Seraph Noble Archfiend》after rank up.

I wrote that the effect itself is good, but the silhouette of Paradios floating in my mind..
The second half of the effect makes it resistant to destruction, but it also has the effect of allowing you to draw when Paradios is destroyed, so I'd rather use Paradios to make his deck thinner rather than adding one more material...

Using only one material = can be used multiple times, and it's not bad to have destruction resistance + damage reduction,
There's a card called Paradios that can be played if you reduce the number of materials by one even though it's tied up...
The strength here is the category, but the essential Star Seraph is a developing theme,
The image of Degraded Palladios will not be wiped out until Mr. Dorube does more Duel and does not create new cards.
・・・However, in addition to the appearance of the Seven Emperors Sword and CNo, the new Star Seraph is re-evaluated as a trigger for Snowne because of its high performance.
Even with the new Star Seraph, it seems that Ruler and Delta Telos are easier to use.

After all, I recognize again that Paradios is strong.
First of all, the material is heavy, it seems that only Star Seraph can do it
The first half effect is a degraded paradiso, and the second half effect is only one time, so if you ask me to use 3 bodies...?
However, I think that it is a card that is not bad as a CNo body because it is resistant to destruction. Even so, the evolution destination has not yet appeared, so this evaluation is a little high

And this is the trump card.
First of all, the hopeless weight of the material. Cheerleaders were pretty good, but if you add one more, I feel like you can only use Star Seraph.
The effect is gale + negate activation effect and one-time destruction resistance + damage reduction.
However, to be clear, the first half effect is backward compatible with Paradios, which has less material, and the second half effect is unreliable with only one time, and it cannot be said that it is worth the severity of the material.
Basically, Paradios is superior in a similar thought circuit. It's a card that goes well with the development of Star Seraph and the intensity of the ad consumption, so even Star Seraph will have a turn...?
