The second is that if you ignore the old Star Seraph and pile up photostras and lizards, the effect of the new Star Seraph will be weakened compared to the pure type.
In order to compensate for these two, the construction of the monsters in this Deck is 2 copies of Samopuri that can bring scepters to all 3 types of Star Seraph (other than Sword), and 2 copies of Tomato that can search them.
Basically, it would be ideal if you could search for the scepter with the Samopuri, search for the scepter from the scepter (and other Star Seraph depending on the situation), and then deploy. Here, if you summon Halo or Delta Telos with 3 or more Xyz materials as materials, you can definitely get an ad. Halo uses 3 copies because Halo itself is her Star Seraph, so the space will be filled with 5 or more, so I want to save Sloane! At that time, if you summon with Xyz, you can definitely pass other than negate traps, and he can special summon Sloane, and since the field is empty, you can get more ads.
In addition, the monster effect negate and the effect of halving ATK, which tend to be seen poorly, also help the RBI and are unexpectedly troublesome for the opponent.
Also, from the middle of the game, it is possible to re-summon the ruler in GY as it is by using the scale with Samopuri. Also, if you have Sloane in your hand and you have a Scepter in GY, use the Samopuri effect to return the Scepter from Scale SS to GY to the top of the Deck, then use Sloane SS to recruit the Scepter. By doing so, it is possible to earn 4 to 5 ads by OVU's scepter effect and OVU's scale effect.
There are many other ways to get ads in Star Seraph, but please remember them as you go.
This is the model that I finally settled on after trying various models.

Strength

Shining's BP negate effect 3 times (no turn limit) works well with his new themes such as Shaddoll, Yang Zing, and Terranite.
When playing with Shaddoll, don't get caught up in the idea of a preceding ruler. With the scepter effect, he's almost guaranteed to win if he uses Shining against Shaddoll or Yang Zing.
Also, use the RUM and Holy Spear as food for Samopuri, or save them instead of setting them immediately, and use them as support when summoning Xyz using a scepter.
Doing so will ensure victory.
In the worst case, you'll have to drop his scepter with a chain and revive him with libide or send him to the top of the deck.

Weakness

Vulnerable to Skidre and his Special Summon Bind.
Other than that, I think it's pretty much the same as any environmental deck.
Also Star Seraph It's an eternal problem, but if you're a serious opponent, you'll lose if you can't put out a scepter.
Conversely, if you can get a scepter out and it doesn't interfere, you can almost win...
Let's put out the scepter somehow so that the summoning of the scepter is not hindered.

Customize

Personally, Barian and RUM aren't that essential, so I think it's better to load up on his different spells.
Nova and Honest are also strong, but Nova doesn't lead to Scepter Search (even if you deploy it when there's no Scepter, it's an ad loss), and Honest doesn't have any monsters that you want to survive + Midra or Chris.
Since the countermeasure can be substituted with the sword effect, we are not adopting it.
Since it is chaos, I think it is possible to point out the beginning with a pin.
Also, there's plenty of room for improvement since the extras are a bit of a joke, but when I used this recipe to play ADS match rooms and rate battles, most of him won against Shaddoll, Yang Zing, and Terranite, so I'll leave it as it is. I think it's strong enough.
Also, even if you mix the dimension gimmick, I think it will rotate normally, so I think there will be a change to the exclusion from the side.
If you mix exclusion gimmicks, Amaterasu is a must. that! ? If you want to stack Amaterasu, if you stack 《Cards from the Sky》, it will spin quite a bit and be strong...? You can also feed Samopuri...
Postscript, if you put in a dimensional gimmick, you can get the turnover rate of the hand, but on the contrary, it will be slower due to the restriction that you can not BP or Special Summon, and in the case of Shaddoll opponents, if you can see the Star Seraph card, it will be easy to get a pre-Midra. I got the impression that the winning percentage would go down when I went back. It seems that there is still room for improvement.
