Playing

Added a new collapsing serpent.
Collapse Serpent is mainly for combos with Amaterasu, excluding Scepter! and Scale!.
Basically, use Scepter! to prepare your hand, and mainly use Wings! as a starting point, and line up 3 new Scepters! Scale! Throne! It's movement. If you don't have Scepter! in your hand, you can fight stably by using a shamopuri or chain.

Strength

His deck is easy to put out his 4x3 Xyz Monster, so it's strength is that he can easily put out Halo with destruction resistance, Delta Cross that can destroy anything, and Shock Ruler that can suppress the opponent's actions.
There are two recommended combos.

When you have Scepter! and Slone! in your hand, summon Scepter! and activate its effect. → Chain and draw 1 card from his Special Summon with the effect of Sloane! → Add cards to your hand with the effect of Scepter! After the end of the chain, use the effect of the added Sloane! to draw 1 additional card. → Scepter!, Throne! Xyz summon Delta Telos with two bodies. → Since Scepter! is used as a material, destroy 1 card on the field and draw 1 more card. (At this time, the opponent cannot activate card effects due to the effect of Delta Telos.)
This move is the least wasteful. (You can earn 3 cards, and if you use the effect of Delta Telos, you can earn a total of 4 cards.)
It doesn't have to be Delta Telos to Xyz Summon, but Delta Telos is the most stable and earns Ads. By the way, if you don't have a Scepter in your hand, you can do this even if you have Samopuri, Spell Cards, and Slone!.

In a situation where you have Wings!, Scepter!, and Scale! in your hand, summon Wings! and Special Summon Scale! from your hand with its effect. → Special Summon Scepter! from your hand with the effect of Scale! →Add Slone! from the Deck to your hand with the effect of Scepter! → Wings!, Scepter!, and Scale! Xyz Summon Gloria Halo! →Chain and activate the effect of Sloane! to Special Summon yourself and draw 1 card. → Draw 1 more card because Scale! is used as a material → Destroy 1 card on the field with the effect of Scepter!
This move can only earn one ad, but I personally like it because it's the move that makes the most effective use of Halo! It uses Scale as a material, so it's recommended when your opponent often Special Summons from their hand.

Weakness

The downside is that if the effects of Star Seraphs are blocked by veilers, etc., they will be almost unable to move that turn.

Customize

It's a little peculiar, but I think it would be interesting to add something like Photon Veil, which allows you to add 3 Throne! or 3 Scepter! to your hand.
